Hi, I’m Nora!

I'm Nora, a home cook and recipe creator living in Nashville, Tennessee, with a very opinionated cat and a spice cabinet that is objectively too large for the space available. I spent a decade working in marketing before I admitted to myself that what I actually wanted to do was cook things and then talk about them at length. My approach to food has always been relaxed but never careless: I want every dish to have real flavor and a reason for existing, but I also believe cooking should fit into your actual life rather than take it over.

I love a project recipe on a slow Saturday as much as I love a fifteen-minute weeknight dinner that does not taste like compromise.Morning has its own particular magic, and a lot of it happens in the kitchen before the day has fully started.
